We are always on the lookout for the right people to join our team, be that clinical/general psychologists, neuropsychologists, paediatricians/psychiatrists, family therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and administrative/management support staff.
Marsden Psychology is a multidisciplinary mental health service for people of all ages. Our Kids Clinic and Stress & Trauma Centre share the same location and we work together as clinicians, regardless of whether we are focused on therapy with children/adolescents or adults. Our Client Engagement Team provide administrative support to all of our clinicians and our Clinical and Cultural Leadership Team ensure that we are all supported together as one cohesive team. Our clinicians are not restricted to working with only children/adolescents or only adults. Our clinicians have the option of working flexibly across any age group they would like. This provides opportunities for specialising in one area of practice, or getting a variety of experiences across different areas/age groups.

Our promise to you
We are constantly growing and evolving as a service and, as such, we are always striving to provide better facilities and resources to assist our clinicians in their work with our clients. We provide support to our clinicians as they grow and develop in their careers. This support is from the top down as well as laterally, between team members. For new staff, we ensure there is adequate training beginning with a structured induction program, admin training and ongoing support, along with supervision and professional development opportunities. Plus, you will have the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychologists (clinical, neuro), paediatricians/psychiatrists, family therapists, speech and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and various other experts in child development and adult mental health.
